The Kogi State Authorities on Friday ordered the arrest and prosecution of people and companies rejecting the outdated naira notes.


An announcement by Commissioner for Data, Kingsley Fanwo congratulated Nigerians on the “historic ruling of the Supreme Courtroom”.

Fanwo defined that the Yahaya Bello administration joined different states to pursue the case to ease the hardship occasioned by the unavailability of money.
