It’s the first acquisition since Keltbray Infrastructure Companies was offered by its father or mother firm to personal fairness agency EMK Capital in August.
Linbrooke’s rail enterprise is an accepted Community Rail tier-one Principal Contractor, delivering end-to-end ‘design and construct’ signalling, telecommunications and related energy options throughout the UK Rail infrastructure since 2003.
The transfer secures the long-term way forward for the £54m-turnover Linbrooke rail enterprise together with 140 staff.
