Cedric Kaze is happy with what he’s seen of Etiosa Ighodaro so far in a Chiefs jersey. The Nigerian will compete with Khanyisa Mayo and Flavio Silva for the starting berth up front this season. It’s the type of selection dilemma Amakhosi faithful have been praying for.

Ndamane cites Kaizer Chiefs star Msimango as his role model

Speaking to the media this week, Bafana and TS Galaxy’s left-footed central defender Khulumani Ndamane has revealed Chiefs’ Given Msimango as a major influence on his career. 28-year-old Msimango was a key figure in 2023-2024, making 26 league appearances, but his importance has waned ever since because of injuries. He hasn’t been available since April and only made eight league appearances last term.
