JUST IN: FG takes motion as practice crushes BRT Bus in Lagos

Hadi Sirika, the minister of aviation, on Thursday, revealed that personnel of the Nigerian Security Investigation Bureau (NSIB) have been instructed “to maneuver shortly” to probe the deadly rail accident that occurred in Lagos on Monday.

POLITICS NIGERIA had reported how two people died and several others were seriously injured when a practice rammed right into a Bus fast transit (BRT) conveying Lagos state civil servants this morning.

Witnesses on the scene stated the bus was making an attempt to cross the rail observe when an oncoming practice rammed into it.

The practice reportedly dragged the bus from Shogunle to the PWD space of Ikeja.

My coronary heart goes out to those that misplaced their lives in at the moment’s practice crash & those that bought injured in addition to Authorities & individuals of Lagos. Nigerian Security Investigation Bureau specialists have been directed to maneuver shortly. We solicit public cooperation as investigation commences, pls🇳🇬

Reacting to the incident, the Minister wrote on his official Twitter deal with: “My coronary heart goes out to those that misplaced their lives in at the moment’s practice crash & those that bought injured in addition to Authorities and other people of Lagos.

“Nigerian Security Investigation Bureau specialists have been directed to maneuver shortly. We solicit public cooperation as investigation commences, please.”
