Judge Erasmus don’t take bull from this defense attorney, she keeps trying her luck, putting or trying introduce evidence out of the scope of the context.

Mrs Mkhabai seriously needs to take a course on court etiquette, cause she clearly has none. Youre not at home talking to a “chommie” or scolding your husband or naughty children. She is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards the judge and witnesses throughout this case so far. If she gets any clients after this case ill be highly surprised. You cant speak to a judge in that manner, its not going to work in your or your client’s favour. Judge is going to lose his patience with her disrespect eventually. Keep poking the lion and see what happens…

This case is like veen on a merry go round thats never gonna stop for 2 days the court as been on this subject and yes there moments he looks to have his eyes shut but how can u fall asleep in 20 or 30 seconds and be in a deep enough sleep where u dont hear anyone talking to u its impossible 2 days wasted on this
