Private Military Companies have been working in South Africa for years. Apartheid era Police and Soldiers whose careers ended for different reason ended up creating Security Companies, Private Investigation Companies and others joining/creating Private Military Companies. These Libyans are believed to be recruited by them in order to militarise them for Private Military work that operate within the African continent. These happen a lot around the continent, hence the terrorists and militias we see all over the continent
U not telling the public the truth were is the property owners or is swept under the carpet because is whites involved.
