A Ghanaian businessman, Alex Kwaku Tetteh, has sued Hopeson Adorye for Ghc 1m.

In keeping with Tetteh, Hopeson defamed him in some feedback he made throughout a radio interview held not too long ago.

The Convener of Citizen Eye Ghana filed his lawsuit after feedback Adorye made throughout an interview on Okay Fm when he allegedly mentioned: “[Alex] drinks Akpeteshie (an area gin) and smokes ‘wee’ as well as,”, including that in his inebriated state “he speaks whole garbage and as if he speaks from is an*s…”

Tetteh’s attorneys state in his swimsuit: “By cause of the publication of the mentioned phrases, the Plaintiff has been critically injured in his status and has been introduced into public scandal, disrepute, odium and contempt…”

He’s in search of Ghc 1m in damages and a retraction from Mr Adorye to be printed in distinguished media institutions within the nation.
