Ghanaian vogue critic, Charlie Dior has added his voice to the continued brouhaha surrounding the divorce of Counsellor Charlotte Oduro.

In a remark underneath a put up on Instagram, Charlie expressed his frustration with the counsellor’s strategy, stating, “I actually dislike how she speaks with such authority about what girls have to do in marriage, as if there’s a one-size-fits-all components. It’s at all times about how girls ought to behave, what they need to tolerate, and the way they need to cater to their husbands, however there’s barely any accountability or steerage directed at males.”

He described her teachings as “harmful and deceptive” as a result of they reinforce outdated gender roles and unfairly burden girls with the accountability of sustaining marriages. In keeping with Charlie, these teachings perpetuate an imbalance, leaving girls caught in unhealthy relationships.
