ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Head Coach Sean Payton has announced a pair of changes on the Broncos’ offensive coaching staff.
Payton has named Davis Webb as Offensive Coordinator and Logan Kilgore as Quarterbacks Coach, he announced Monday.
Webb, who joined the Broncos in 2023 as the team’s quarterbacks coach, spent the 2025 season as the Broncos’ offensive pass game coordinator/quarterbacks coach.
In two seasons working with quarterback Bo Nix, Webb helped the Broncos’ signal-caller become the only quarterback in NFL history to throw for 7,500 yards and 50 touchdowns while winning at least 20 games in his first two seasons. He also became just the third quarterback in league history with at least 3,500 yards and 25 touchdowns in each of his first two seasons. The Broncos tied a franchise record for regular-season wins in 2025, while Nix tied an NFL record for the most wins by a quarterback across his first two seasons.
In Webb’s first season as pass game coordinator, the Broncos’ passing offense jumped from 20th in 2024 to 11th in 2025.
“I think Davis is a tremendous coach,” Nix said of Webb on Wednesday. “He understands the role of being a coach. He understands the role of teaching. He really knows how to communicate with your players, with me. He’s helped me in two years just consolidate, make things simple, and just keep the main thing the main thing. Taking a lot of information, a lot of knowledge, and been able to just roll right into it. I think highly of him. I know he’s a really good football coach.”
Kilgore spent the past three seasons as an offensive quality control coach for the Broncos. He also has three additional years of coaching experience, including stints at Bakersfield College (Quarterbacks/Pass Game Coordinator), Arkansas State (Offensive Analyst) and Isidore Newman (La.) High School (Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks).
In Denver, Kilgore has spent time working closely with the Broncos’ tight end room and with the team’s returners.
