Afrigather A Ghanaian-Canadian basketball participant, Charles Bediako, has landed his first skilled contract from the Nationwide Basketball Affiliation (NBA) after signing with the San Antonio Spurs.
The 21-year-old put pen to paper on his new deal earlier this month, on October 2nd 2023.
Bediako’s achievement was trumpeted in Ghana by the Ghana Basketball Affiliation.
Taking to Twitter, they hailed the younger man.

Charles A. Bediako Jr. (born March 10, 2002) is a Ghanaian-Canadian skilled basketball participant for the San Antonio Spurs of the Nationwide Basketball Affiliation (NBA).
He performed school basketball for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Regardless of being born and raised in Canada, Bediako is of Ghanaian descent.
Bediako was a consensus four-star recruit and one of many high facilities within the 2021 class.
On April 6, 2021, he dedicated to enjoying school basketball for Alabama over presents from Duke, Michigan, Texas and Ohio State.
After going undrafted within the 2023 NBA draft, Bediako joined the San Antonio Spurs for the 2023 NBA Summer time League and on October 2, 2023, signed knowledgeable contract.
The Ghanaian basketball centre stands at a top of 6ft 11in or 211cm, weighing 220 lb or 100kg.
