Former governor of Kano State and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Get together, Rabiu Kwankwaso, within the February 25, 2023 presidential election has revealed that President Bola Tinubu was shocked by the atrocities allegedly perpetrated by the fast previous governor of the state, Abdullahi Ganduje.
Kwankwaso, who spoke to State Home correspondents from the Aso Rock Villa on Friday after a closed-door assembly with the President, disclosed that he and his successor, Ganduje, had been each summoned to the State Home by Tinubu over the continued demolition in Kano State.
Explaining the controversy behind the demolitions, Kwankwaso harassed that the buildings demolished had been illegally acquired by the Ganduje administration.
In keeping with him, the President was shocked when he (Kwankwaso) revealed the precise scenario to him.
He mentioned: “The President was shocked. Are you not shocked that someone will promote college? Are you not shocked that he demolished the one college?
