Fintech big Chime transferring to greater house on Fifth Avenue

San Francisco-based Chime’s new lease at Bromley Corporations’ 122 Fifth Ave., which the fintech big introduced final week, marks the newest progress of its Large Apple footprint.

Chime will transfer to 84,000 sq. ft from a smaller house at 101 Greenwich St. The corporate additionally has house in Midtown.

The asking hire at 122 Fifth was $96 per sq. foot, in response to Newmark which represented the owner. Cresa repped the tenant.

The 300,000 square-foot Flatiron constructing is greater than 90% leased following a $100 million enchancment and repositioning. Microsoft is the most important tenant.

Bromley CEO Nicholas Haines mentioned, “We  have been assured {that a} tech firm like Chime could be interested in our reinvention of 122 Fifth with state-of-the-art loft workplace house, wellness options and our water tower terrace roof.”
