Afrigather The Ministry of Transport has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Messrs MPH Rail Improvement Restricted, a United Kingdom firm for the implementation of the Port Harcourt–Enugu–Calabar–Abuja Customary Gauge Rail Line venture below a public-private partnership framework.
