Mrs. Beatrice Ekweremadu, the spouse of the previous Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, has returned to Nigeria after being launched from jail in the UK.

Sources near the household confirmed this growth to DAILY POST on Wednesday, revealing that Mrs. Ekweremadu made her manner again to Nigeria on Tuesday. 

Her return marks the tip of a troublesome interval that started when she was sentenced to 6 years in a UK jail, alongside along with her husband, for his or her involvement in a controversial organ harvesting case.

The case concerned the couple and Dr. Obinna Obeta, who have been all convicted by a UK courtroom. Whereas Senator Ekweremadu obtained a 10-year jail sentence, Mrs. Ekweremadu was handed a six-year sentence. The case sparked a variety of public consideration, each within the UK and Nigeria, as a result of severe nature of the costs.
