Eight members of the family die in Kaduna fireplace

Eight members of a household have died in a hearth outbreak that consumed their home in Zaria, Kaduna State.

In response to a report by Rariya, the incident occurred on Wednesday evening, February 22, 2023, in Hayin Ojo space of Sabon Gari, Zaria. 

Particulars of the incident are nonetheless sketchy on the time of submitting this report, nevertheless, it was gathered that the victims embrace a person, his spouse and their six youngsters.  

The deceased had been buried on Thursday in accordance with Islamic rites.
