The Edo State Police Command mentioned it had arrested seven of its personnel for extorting members of the general public whereas on responsibility.

In a press release on Friday, the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer of the state command, Jennifer Iwegbu, mentioned the arrested officers, who contravened the legislation whereas finishing up their duties, confronted disciplinary motion
