This summons follows a petition filed by PDP Chieftain Honesty Aginbatse on September 12. Aginbatse’s petition factors out discrepancies within the delivery dates listed on the nomination kinds Okpebholo submitted to the Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC).
