Vattenfall has contracted DEME Offshore for cable safety system (CPS) stabilization work on the DanTysk and Sandbank offshore wind farms in Germany.

The offshore wind farm proprietor/operator opened the tender for CPS stabilization work in June final yr. In line with a contract award discover revealed on a European tender web site on 27 February, the worth of the contract is almost €3.6 million.

Positioned west of the island of Sylt, DanTysk and Sandbank offshore wind farms every have a technology capability of 288 MW.
