The Speaker, Delta State Home of Meeting, Mr Emomotimi Guwor, has counseled Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for conducting native authorities council elections in accordance with the principles and procedures.

Guwor acknowledged this shortly after casting his vote at Okerenkoko Ward, Unit 17 on Saturday.
