Customs Seizes N1.4bn Smuggled Gadgets in South West

Operatives of the Joint Border Patrol Workforce Sector 2 of the Nigeria Customs Service have intercepted N1.4 billion price of products allegedly being smuggled in and in a foreign country by the land borders within the South West zone.

The gadgets which embody Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) often known as petrol, luggage of rice, used garments and medicaments, amongst others, fashioned the majority of the seizures recorded by the workforce in July and August, 2024.
