Curry Rooster Salad Sandwiches

- 2 cooked rooster breasts, chopped
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pink onion
- 1/3 cup finely chopped candy pink pepper
- 4-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 4-1/2 teaspoons mango chutney
- 4-1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 brioche hamburger buns, cut up
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a big bowl, mix the primary 12 components. Cowl and refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour. Serve on buns with lettuce leaves.
