Curry Rooster Salad Sandwiches

Substances

  • 2 cooked rooster breasts, chopped
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pink onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped candy pink pepper
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons mango chutney
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 brioche hamburger buns, cut up
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix the primary 12 components. Cowl and refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour. Serve on buns with lettuce leaves.
