Courtroom vacates interim orders in opposition to Seplat Power CEO


The Federal Excessive Courtroom sitting in Lagos has vacated the ex parte Interim Orders in opposition to Seplat Power Plc, its CEO and its Board Chairman, together with the orders that restrained the Chief Government Officer, Roger Brown from taking part within the working of the Firm.

“The case has been adjourned to Could 16, 2023, to proceed the listening to. The ex parte Interim Orders had been in relation to a court docket petition filed by 5 individuals who declare to be minority shareholders of the Firm, collectively holding 161 models of shares.

“The Firm maintains that the
