Court docket Stops Events from Granting Interviews in Natasha’s Case Towards Akpabio, others

A Federal Excessive Court docket in Abuja, led by Justice Binta Nyako, has issued an order stopping all events concerned within the lawsuit filed by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan towards Senate President Godswill Akpabio and three others from giving press interviews concerning the case.

This resolution was made after Akpabio’s lawyer, Kehinde Ogunwumiju (SAN), complained that Akpoti-Uduaghan was often showing on tv to debate case-related points which might be at present underneath judicial consideration.

Justice Nyako emphasised that there might be no press interviews by any of the events or their authorized representatives in regards to the issues at hand within the lawsuit. Moreover, she prohibited the streaming of the case’s proceedings on social media.
