She probably had a blood clot that went to her lungs and caused sudden death . Pregnancy makes blood clots to form easily , no amount of care can help or easily detect this if this presents suddenly . It’s painful for the family but also for the nurses on duty , death during a shift is horrible. May God comfort the family

This sad but the reality is my mother worked at the mertinty ward and told me me many similar stories this is unfortunately very unpredictable at times
