Substances
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon floor nutmeg
- 1 massive egg, room temperature, flippantly crushed
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- CINNAMON SUGAR COATING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon floor cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, mix the primary 7 substances. Mix egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry substances simply till moistened. Pipe or spoon into 2 greased 6-cavity doughnut pans, filling cavities three-fourths full.
- Bake till a toothpick inserted within the heart comes out clear, 10-12 minutes. Cool for five minutes earlier than eradicating from pans to wire racks.
- In a small bowl, mix coating substances. Roll heat doughnuts in coating.
