Yes, former president Jonathan is right. In fact, the US presidential libraries are funded by the Federal government. I visited three US presidential libraries in the course of research on anticommunist policies and the transfer of power in Nigeria; labor union and education in Nigeria; etc. Congratulations to all, and the author former president IBB.
