Authorities have launched an investigation following the invention of the physique of an unidentified girl close to the Kalk Bay lighthouse in Cape City.

Based on the Muizenberg South African Police Service (SAPS), a passer-by found the physique at roughly 08:20 on the seashore.

The deceased is believed to be a lady in her early thirties, though no identification has but been confirmed.

Police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm Pojie said that an post-mortem can be performed to find out the reason for loss of life.
