BII, Norfund to put money into IndiGrid’s inexperienced transmission tasks

IndiGrid, India’s first and largest listed energy sector infrastructure funding belief (InvIT), has mentioned that it has partnered with BII, the Norwegian Local weather Funding Fund (Norfund), and Techno Electrical and Engineering (Techno) to develop IndiGrid’s greenfield interstate transmission system (ISTS) tasks.

In fiscal 2024, IndiGrid switched on its first greenfield ISTS venture, Kallam Transmission, and received 5 further tasks, throughout ISTS and battery vitality storage system (BESS), to be deployed over the subsequent 12 to 24 months.
