Two males have been arrested following the daring smash-and-grab gallery heist of one among Banksy’s most well-known artwork items in London … and the brazen theft was captured on digital camera.

A masked man is seen on safety video Sunday evening smashing by the glass door of the Grove Gallery … storming in, making a beeline for the long-lasting “Woman with Balloon” portray, and bolting out with it in tow.
