Substances

  • 2 kilos floor beef
  • 1 giant onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 giant eggs, room temperature
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Elective Toppings: Dill pickle slices, thinly sliced inexperienced onions, slices purple onion and cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a big skillet, prepare dinner beef, onion and garlic over medium till beef is not pink and onion is tender, 10-12 minutes, breaking apart beef into crumbles; drain.
  2. Switch to a greased 13×9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon and 1 cup cheddar cheese. In a big bowl, whisk collectively eggs, tomato paste, heavy cream, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper till nicely mixed. Pour over beef combination. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake, uncovered, till set and golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes earlier than serving. Garnish with toppings as desired.
