I don’t think the SA government has handled this SA- USA tension badly for the former ambassador Rasool to be expelled. There are reasons to target SA, and we all know them and why. What the President and Minister of Foreign Relations , said was not offensive to the USA, but the truth of what Trump heard was misinformation and lies and it seems from the misinformation on land expropriation from the far right wing and racist Afriforum, he believed them and concluded that SA was treating other race group the Afrikaner badly , of which is also lies and offered them refugee status to settle in the USA. The Trump aabd Rubio, knew rth3 whole histort of racist and evil apartheid What the media is doing is reporting false on what the government said. The president indicated that no one should spread fuel to the already tensed relations, and he’s solely the only one who can appoint ambassadors, and it will be done at the right time, no pressure. Fuelling and spreading unethical reporting, is not the way to go. The presidency and the minister of foreign relations will attend to this matter, and i strongly believe this matter must be left to them to sort out asp. Foreign relations are very vital for both all countries, and the tension must be sorted out without any conflict and with cool and level-headed leaders. Respecting and Non- bullying of other countries are the main ingredients for successful and solid diplomatic relations based on both countries’ Constitution and policies guiding foreign relations.
