Aston Villa are considering signing Adrien Truffert from Rennes in the summertime switch window, in response to The Solar. Bournemouth are eager on a summer season deal for the left-back as a possible substitute for Milos Kerkez, however Villa are actually planning to hijack a possible deal.

With Kerkez trying more and more more likely to depart Bournemouth for Liverpool in the summertime switch window, the Cherries have recognized Truffert as a possible goal. Bournemouth are reported to be near agreeing a £20million deal for the 23-year-old French left-back. Nevertheless, Villa might now make a transfer and hijack the deal.

Truffert scored three objectives and gave two assists in 35 appearances for Rennes final season. Within the 2024/25 marketing campaign, the left-back discovered the again of the online twice and supplied seven assists in 43 matches in all competitions for the French membership.
