The Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central Constituency, Kwame Asare Obeng, aka A Plus, claims the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, was afraid to talk up through the reign of former President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
