The Youth Wing of the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union has condemned the arrest of 4 youths initially from Kaduna residing in Lagos State searching for enlistment into the Nigerian Military.

The union’s Nationwide Coordinator, Isaac John, in an announcement on Friday, stated the structure defines Nigerian citizenship, and the Nigerian Navy outlines particular necessities and eligibility standards for enlistment, none of which pertains to linguistic or tribal issues, akin to the power to talk Yoruba.

The video sparked reactions from indigenes of Lagos, with many saying that Lagosians are being short-changed within the recruitment course of.

Reacting, SOKAPU stated, “It’s with nice concern that the Southern Kaduna Youths have noticed a distressing video that includes 4 youths initially from Kaduna State, presently residing in Lagos. These people, earnestly searching for enlistment within the Nigerian Military, confronted unwarranted humiliation, denial, and even arrest throughout the state screening course of as of the time of composing this assertion.
