  Overcrowding urbanization will always create more issues than solutions. Its about supporting services snd amenities as well. Not just housing. So look at the other end of the spectrum as a solution. …..decentralized towns outside the city area complete with industrial and retail spaces. Its been successfully done before.

  Wow, Thank you were have you been? I mean we can afford houses in South Africa our concern is when we are measured on our credit scores, you’d find that we are able to afford the monthly installment of a house but to pre-qualify or qualify to be financed is a problem to us Black South Africans
