The Ondo PDP, in accordance with a press release it issued on Wednesday mentioned that folks of the state have the correct to demand the whereabouts of their governor.
The celebration was reacting to a press release made by the Ondo State governor’s aide, Doyin Odebowale, who mentioned on nationwide tv that it was solely mischief makers that will ask for the whereabouts of his principal. And that the PDP can’t power him to return to Akure, the Ondo State capital.
Recall that on Tuesday, the Ondo PDP gave Akeredolu a 24-hour ultimatum to handle the individuals of the state and return to his workplace in Akure, or resign from workplace.
Akeredolu, since his return from his medical journey to Germany, has been working Ondo State affairs from Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Nevertheless, the PDP within the assertion issued yesterday by the celebration’s State Publicity Secretary, Kennedy Peretei, mentioned Odebowale’s argument was illogical.
The celebration mentioned it was unaware of Odebowale to assume that the opposition celebration had no enterprise demanding the whereabouts of the governor.
The PDP famous that “On a great day, it might have been pointless to react to Doyin Odebowale’s illogical argument about why Governor Rotimi Akeredolu has not been seen in Ondo State as a result of he who drums for a madman is himself insane.
“Nevertheless, to say that PDP has no enterprise demanding for Mr Governor’s whereabouts is a measure of his ignorance of what’s anticipated of a governor that has been lacking in motion for greater than six months.”
