Safety operatives and an area vigilance group on Monday rescued three extra victims of Thursday’s kidnap on the Lokoja-Abuja freeway.
Among the many three rescued victims, who’re all indigenes of Imo, was a pregnant lady.
The Chairman of Kogi/Koto Native Authorities Space, Mr Dauda Aliyu, confirmed this in an announcement in Lokoja.

“The safety operatives together with the Police, Military, Division of State Companies and Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps had initially rescued 10 victims on Friday, as disclosed by retired Commodore Jerry Omodara, the Safety Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello.
“These current developments mark a big breakthrough within the ongoing efforts to fight legal actions in Kogi and the North Central area.
“It’s a sign that the administration of Gov Bello stays dedicated to making sure the protection and well-being of all residents whereby no sufferer shall be left to undergo within the fingers of legal parts,” he stated.
