Ogun NNPP candidate, Olufemi Ajadi drags Dana Air over ‘failed flight’, calls for N50m


























Gubernatorial candidate of New Nigeria Individuals’s Celebration (NNPP) in Ogun State, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi has demanded the sum of N50m from Dana Air over what he described as breach of contract.

Ajadi claimed that he secured the ticket of the airline to board a flight from Abuja to Lagos Friday evening, however the airline did not fly him as scheduled.

He added that he was one of many stranded passengers on Friday in Abuja.

Ajadi alleged that he, alongside different passengers, anticipated to be airlifted by Dana flight 356 however the plane did not arrive.

He additional alleged that there was neither a real concern nor rationalization by the airline administration.

He alleged that he missed an essential enterprise assembly in Abeokuta on account of the event.

He stated, “This act of negligence and breach of contract has made me unable to fulfill an essential enterprise assembly scheduled for Abeokuta.

“The Dana Air administration not solely did not board us, making us lose priceless conferences and retaining us out at the hours of darkness, stranded, no meals, inflicting somebody to lose tens of millions in contract. This isn’t acceptable.

“I’m demanding fifty million naira (N50,000,000. 00) damages for making me miss the scheduled enterprise assembly in Abeokuta.”
