A 33-year-old girl recognized as Olaide Adekunle, has reportedly offered her 18-month-old child for N600,000 to offset her financial institution mortgage.
The suspect, who lives in Sango within the Ado-Odo/Ota Native Authorities Space of Ogun State, reportedly left her home for Lagos the place she offered the child to a yet-to-be-identified purchaser.
The suspect was arrested by males of the Ogun State Police Command following a grievance lodged at Sango divisional headquarters by the lady’s husband, Nureni Rasaq.

“It was whereas hawking that she met a person who launched her to the lady that finally purchased the kid in Lagos.”
The PPRO, nonetheless, mentioned the appearing Commissioner of Police, DCP Babakura Muhammed, had directed that the suspect be transferred to State Legal Investigation Division for additional investigation and potential restoration of the child.
