EFCC arrests seven Yahoo Boys in Abuja



The Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC, on Tuesday arrested seven suspected web fraudsters, popularly generally known as Yahoo Boys.

EFCC made this identified in a tweet on Tuesday.

The fee recognized the suspects as, Peter Omega Awupri, Philip Okonkwo, Emeka Okonkwo, and Williams Chukwu.

Others embrace Stephen Anthony, Edobor Osas, and Adetola Sunday, who had been arrested in Gwarimpa, Abuja following credible intelligence on their alleged felony actions.

It stated three worldwide passports, a smartwatch, a Lexus, eight telephones, 4 laptops, and Toyota vehicles had been seized from the suspects.

The anti-graft company added that the suspects will probably be charged in courtroom as quickly because the investigations are concluded.
