Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has reacted to stories of the governorship type of Labor celebration for the Imo state governorship election pegged at N25 million.
Reacting to the information by way of its Twitter deal with, Keyamo mentioned Nigeria dodged a bullet on February 25. He wrote;
‘’I perceive that the Labour Get together’s Governorship types for IMO State prices N25 million, identical as that of the PDP within the final election. Three states Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa can have their governorship elections on 11 November 2023. The tenure of the incumbent Governor of Imo State ends on 14th January 2024 whereas these of Kogi and Bayelsa States finish on twenty sixth January 2024 and thirteenth February 2024 respectively.
