Zamfara house of assembly Speaker and Deputy lose seats to PDP members

Speaker of  Zamfara State Home of Meeting, Nasiru Muazu Magarya, who can also be an All Progressives Congress home of meeting candidate, has misplaced his Zurmi West constituency re-election bid to Bilyaminu Ismail of the Peoples Democratic Celebration (PDP).

Returning officer for Zurmi Native Authorities Space, Muddasir Moriki, stated Magarya scored 9,530 votes, whereas his opponent and candidate of the PDP, Ismail Muddasir scored 11,213 votes.

The Deputy Speaker of the Home, Musa Bawa Yankuzo, and the Deputy Chief of the Home, Nasiru Lawal Bungudu, additionally misplaced their seats to Bello Maza-Waje and Bashiru Dan-Meri of PDP respectively. 

Comrade Alhassan Kanoma, Chairman of the Home Committee on Primary Training additionally misplaced his seat to PDP’s Nasiru Abdullahi Maru in Maru North constituency.
