After Killing 35 In Congo, Suspected Islamist Militants Return To Kill 19

Suspected Islamist militants killed a minimum of 19 individuals and burned a medical facility in a raid on a village within the jap Democratic Republic of Congo on Sunday, two regional officers and a resident mentioned.
