The Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) has postponed the governorship and state meeting elections until March 18.
It was learnt that the postponement was because of the lack of ability of the fee to begin the re-configuration of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines used for the February 25 presidential and Nationwide Meeting elections, to allow their use for the state elections.
