2023: I’m optimistic Nigeria could have greatest elections, says Nigerian Ambassador to Guinea Bissau

The Nigerian Ambassador to Guinea Bissau, John James Usanga, has expressed confidence within the skill of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Unbiased Electoral Fee (INEC) to ship a reputable election.

In response to him, the 2023 basic election would be the greatest because the return to democracy in 1999.
