The federal authorities has directed the entire closure of all land borders forward of Saturday’s presidential and Nationwide Meeting elections.
The Comptroller Basic, NIS, Isah Jere, stated this in a press release by the Service Public Relations Officer, Tony Akuneme on Thursday in Abuja.
Mr Jere stated that each one land borders had been to be successfully closed from 12 midnight on Saturday to 12 midnight on Sunday February 26.
“Accordingly, all command comptrollers particularly these within the border states are to make sure strict enforcement of this directive,” he stated.
