Libya: Tunisia, Libya Undertake Joint Working Technique to Enhance Commerce Relations

Tunis/Tunisia — A joint working technique was adopted by the Export Promotion Centre (CEPEX) and the Libyan Export Improvement Centre for the 2023 yr, in a bid to develop intra-trade relations and commerce between Libya and Tunisia, mentioned CEPEX.

This technique was outlined in a memorandum of understanding (MoU) inked on Friday between the 2 sides in Tunis, as a part of the implementation of a MoU relationship again to June 2013, and the annex to the MoU concluded in 2020.

The technique gives for the organisation of enterprise missions in each international locations to foster partnership within the advertising and marketing area and create opportunties for cooperation and expertise sharing within the area of mission organisation and administration and to bolster the presence of each international locations in African markets, CEPEX added.

This technique additional gives for the organisation of the Tunisian-Libyan participation within the Intra-African Commerce Honest (IATF) and the supervision of exporting corporations.

It additionally goals to study and construct on profitable experiences when it comes to export improvement and capability constructing within the area of export worth chains.

The MoU was inked by CEPEX CEO Mourad Ben Hassine and Director Common of the Libyan Export Improvement Centre Mohamed Ali Al-Dhib.
