Afrigather MOGADISHU [SMN] – A witness says an explosion struck outdoors a navy base in southern Mogadishu, the Somali capital on Sunday morning.
The blast on the ex-candy manufacturing unit which now serves as a navy base is claimed to be from a suicide bombing and never clear the precise variety of casualties.
The assault comes as Somali troops battle Al-Shabaab in central areas.
