Mr. Leibovic’s leadership extended to managing a staff of 175 case managers and 20 attorneys, ensuring comprehensive support for those navigating complex eligibility processes. Early in his career, he worked at Health Advocates, California’s largest eligibility law firm, collaborating with approximately 150 hospitals statewide.

Mr. Leibovic’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Yeshiva University in 1995 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the City University of New York in 1998. His focus on health law during law school included internships with Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens, New York, as well as with various health care attorneys. These experiences shaped Mr. Leibovic’s commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Leibovic is affiliated with the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives. In addition to his legal contributions, he is an ordained Rabbi who has served three synagogues and remains deeply involved in community outreach.
