SUFFERN, NY, September 05, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Avi Leibovic, Esq., has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Leibovic has established a distinguished career in the area of disability law and advocacy, marked by nearly three decades of dedicated service. Since 2019, he has served as the president of And Benefits For All Inc., where he is known for his hands-on approach to client advocacy and his commitment to understanding the unique circumstances of each individual he represents before the Social Security Administration. Mr. Leibovic also emphasizes the importance of education, leveraging social media platforms to inform and empower clients and the broader public about disability benefits.

A frequent public speaker, Mr. Leibovic has addressed audiences at hospitals, county programs and conferences and has provided training for hospital and county staff on Social Security disability topics. He is scheduled for multiple podcast appearances and an author meet-and-greet event at Barnes & Noble stores across the nation.

Before launching And Benefits For All Inc., Mr. Leibovic was a lead attorney for the Federal Benefits Department at Leibovic Law Group, LLP from 1995 to 2016. For over two decades, he led a team that supported hundreds of thousands of clients in securing Social Security disability benefits, working closely with hospitals, counties and health networks across California. Mr. Leibovic’s leadership extended to managing a staff of 175 case managers and 20 attorneys, ensuring comprehensive support for those navigating complex eligibility processes. Early in his career, he worked at Health Advocates, California’s largest eligibility law firm, collaborating with approximately 150 hospitals statewide.

Mr. Leibovic’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Yeshiva University in 1995 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the City University of New York in 1998. His focus on health law during law school included internships with Legal Services for the Elderly in Queens, New York, as well as with various health care attorneys. These experiences shaped Mr. Leibovic’s commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Leibovic is affiliated with the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives. In addition to his legal contributions, he is an ordained Rabbi who has served three synagogues and remains deeply involved in community outreach. He founded two nonprofit organizations in California, one dedicated to helping At-Risk Youth return to school, overcome substance abuse issues and receive advocacy, while the other provides counseling support for their families. Mr. Leibovic’s civic engagement extends to charitable donations supporting various organizations.

Mr. Leibovic is the author of “101 Tips to Win Your Social Security Disability Claim.” The book was published in 2023, accompanied by a high-profile advertising campaign on Times Square billboards. He hopes that his book will reach bestseller status on The New York Times list. He is also considering writing a follow-up volume while exploring creative concepts such as disability-themed pop-up shops across the country.

Throughout his career, Mr. Leibovic has been recognized for his professional excellence and community leadership. In 2016, he was featured on the cover of Jewish Journal magazine as California’s Top Mensch and included in Los Angeles’ Top Ten Mensches list. He has also received various community leadership recognitions and awards from the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, the California State Assembly, the State of California, the County and City of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Moreover, Mr. Leibovic’s expertise has gained widespread recognition through numerous awards, including Lawyers of Distinction, two Legal Elite Awards for Best Nationwide Disability Advocacy Firm from New World Report, and recognition as Disability Advocacy Firm of the Year from Corporate LiveWire.

Mr. Leibovic continues to pursue new ways to assist the disabled community through innovative tools and outreach efforts. He has developed a one-of-a-kind Artificial Intelligence-powered application for screening and determining disability eligibility. Additionally, he has designed “The Attorney Avi” App which allows users to verbally describe their conditions and receive tailored guidance without direct human interaction. Mr. Leibovic will personally review each case submitted through this platform to ensure accuracy and compassion in follow-up.

Through perseverance, innovation and unwavering commitment to service, Mr. Leibovic continues to make a significant impact on individuals seeking disability benefits while advancing broader community well-being through education, outreach and leadership.
