Before this, she ran an entrepreneurial venture as the owner of Executive Engineering LLC from 2019 to 2024, where she provided consulting services and technical guidance to clients across various sectors.

Between 2012 and 2018, Mrs. Peterson was the director of operations at Engineering Associates LLC. In this position, she achieved one of her most notable accomplishments of leading nine states to become the first in the nation to receive 5G connectivity. She coordinated with engineers and construction teams across these states, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a forward-thinking approach that set new standards for technological advancement in telecommunications.

Mrs. Peterson’s educational background includes college coursework. Overall, she credits her career success to her husband Cliff, children Gavin, Gage and Savannah, her mother, and her faith.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Peterson is actively involved in civic initiatives as a volunteer with St. Mary’s Food Bank. In her personal life, she enjoys bowling, camping, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her family, including her two sons and one stepdaughter.
